Everything the name says is what is received throughout my sessions. “Loving Care” by the consistent check ups and how you’ll get examples of readings translated into real life . “Health” you’re giving insight into what you know deep down and more insight into things about yourself you thought were lost to time. Those two words alone have done wonders to myself ,internally. The biggest thing is the “Wellness” after every session I leave with something I can either feel or see when I close my eyes. I’m also left with things I can take into practice to rewrite the negative from traumatic experiences or general self talk.

Working with Loving Care Health and Wellness has been one of the most transformative decisions I’ve ever made. I joined this mentorship seeking clarity on my purpose, wanting to identify the blockers holding me back, and hoping to strengthen my intuition — and from the very first conversation, I knew I was exactly where I needed to be.

My mentor is a gifted Reiki Master with an ability that still amazes me. She is incredibly down-to-earth yet deeply intuitive; she picks up on things I’ve never even spoken aloud, and somehow she’s always accurate. One of the greatest tools she gave me was learning how to ground myself. This alone has been life-changing. I practiced grounding at work, and I immediately felt more peaceful, centered, and positive. What I love most is her gift for getting to the heart of things. She guides you inward, helping you uncover your own answers instead of rushing you or handing you surface-level solutions. Because of her guidance, my self-awareness has deepened, my intuition is stronger, and I can actually feel the growth happening within me.
